Philip is a Vice President with Evergreen Advisors Capital. He has significant experience advising clients on a variety of engagements including, but not limited to, mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, and strategic growth initiatives. His industry experience includes software, media, technology, and communications; and business services.
Prior to joining Evergreen Advisors, Philip served as an officer in the U.S. military for over 5 years as a combat engineer. Following his time in the service, he worked as an investment banker at Suntrust Robinson Humphrey supporting their Technology, Media and Telecommunications efforts and then at Greif & Co., within its M&A practice. He later worked as a Vice President at Aquila Software focusing his efforts on valuing and acquiring vertical software companies.

Philip holds the Series 79 General Securities Representative License and the 63 Uniform Securities Agent License.
Philip earned an MBA in Business Administration from the London Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the U.S. Military Academy, West Point.
Philip has been all over the world, but his sports loyalties lay with Los Angeles sports teams: Lakers, Dodgers, Galaxy.
