Steve is an analyst with Evergreen Advisors, LLC's Business Valuation Services in the Corporate Advisory Practice with experience in valuations associated with ESOPs, complex business valuation, estate and gift planning, and transaction advisory matters. Industry experience includes government contracting, research and development, healthcare, manufacturing, and real estate companies ranging from simple to complex capitalization structures.
Prior to joining Evergreen Advisors, LLC, Steve began his career with Patuxent Valuation Group LLC (PVG). He later joined BGR CPAs as a Staff Accountant where he performed financial statement preparation, auditing, and tax services for individual and business clients.
