
Hannah Harper
Hannah is a Manager of Location Strategies in Evergreen Advisors’ Corporate Advisory Practice. She is a committed team member and leader in Evergreen’s growing Location Strategies practice focused on assisting companies with optimizing their location decisions as well as their ability to realize valuable economic incentives.
Location Strategies
Hannah has been a tax practitioner since 2015 and is primarily focused on credits and incentives consulting with a concentration in location incentive strategies. She has experience servicing clients across multiple industries including manufacturing, technology, private equity, mutual funds, and investment banks.
Hannah began her career in site selection at Crowe LLP in New York City, where she advised middle-market clients on their site selection projects. She has a proven record of executing and capitalizing incentives through negotiation and leverage of capital expenditures and hiring. During her career, Hannah has applied her background in and knowledge of state and local corporate income tax compliance as part of the transactional due diligence process, to build her deep specialization in site selection and business incentives consultation.
Education
Hannah earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Calvin College and a Masters in the Accountancy of Taxation from Rutgers University.
Interests
Through her love of real estate, she has successfully built and sold a personal real estate business in Northern New Jersey. Through this experience, she has become a Fixer Upper Fanatic, renovating and managing multiple rental units located within a thirty-minute commute time into New York City.
