Steve Prichett is President and Head of Evergreen Advisors Capital.
Steve brings more than 25 years of investment banking, strategic advisory, and operational experience across the technology, aerospace, defense, and government services sectors. He leads middle-market mergers and acquisitions, with extensive experience advising clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as private and public capital raises. Throughout his career, Steve has executed transactions totaling more than $2.3 billion in value.
Before joining Evergreen, Steve was a Partner at Vicour Holdings, where he focused on acquiring, managing, and operating middle-market businesses. Prior to that, he spent eight years as a Principal at Stifel Nicolaus/Legg Mason, advising IT services firms and federal government contractors on a range of investment banking transactions.
Earlier in his career, Steve worked internationally as an economic development consultant with the International Finance Corporation and the Soros Foundation, with assignments in countries including Mongolia and Belarus.

Steve holds Series 79 (Investment Banking Representative), Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent), and Series 24 (General Securities Principal) licenses.
Education
Steve earned his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and his MA in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). He received his BA from Drew University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.

An avid traveler and runner, Steve enjoys exploring new places and cultures. His travels have taken him to countries including Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Belarus, experiences that have shaped his appreciation for new perspectives and his willingness to embrace the unexpected.
