Dave has a strong background in CFO Advisory and has a strong track record in financial functions including accounting, audit, treasury, and corporate finance. He has over 10 years of experience in complex business and regulatory settings.

David began his career at PBMares, LLP, a regional public accounting firm in the DC Metro area with a focus on financial statement audits and reviews, entity formation, tax planning and preparation, outsourced CFO and various consulting engagements. David is passionate about putting his client’s needs before his own and measures his own success in his client’s ability to succeed. David has been using his vast experience in public accounting to assist clients not only with their audit and tax needs, but also in helping with complex, and sometimes emotional, financial decision making. David also takes pride in being hyperaware of the inherent and systematic risks facing his clients, striving to help his clients use sound judgment to mitigate risk wherever possible, better positioning them for growth and success.
Education
David earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Delaware.

David is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland.

David is an active member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Maryland Association of CPAs. David is a former member of the University of Delaware Washington DC Alumni Board of Directors, in which he served as Treasurer.

Craft Brew aficionado, David has an appreciation for top-quality ingredients and the intricacies of brewing fine beer. While he doesn’t craft his own beer, his respect for the finer details is shown in his art of complicated financial and accounting circumstances. When not at the office, you can find David enjoying the scene at local breweries with his family.
