Seasoned Finance Executive Brings Two Decades of Strategic and Operational Expertise to Evergreen’s Outsourced CFO Team
Evergreen Advisors, a middle-market investment banking and corporate advisory firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Robert Latchford as Vice President in the firm’s Outsourced CFO Advisory practice.
Bob joins Evergreen with more than 20 years of leadership experience in CFO, finance, and operations roles across venture-backed, private equity-backed, and family-funded companies. His career has spanned the technology and life sciences sectors, where he has played a pivotal role in capital raises, growth strategies, and successful exits. As a former co-founder of a venture-backed B2B SaaS company that achieved a successful exit, Bob brings firsthand knowledge of the entrepreneurial journey and understands the unique challenges business owners face at every stage of growth.

Bob’s expertise extends across the entire company lifecycle—from early-stage ventures to high-growth organizations. He has held key financial leadership roles with companies such as Optoro, Clarabridge, WealthEngine, and Biosynexus, where he built and led cross-functional teams across finance, strategy, operations, and human resources. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Bob has worked closely with Boards of Directors, investors, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to drive performance and navigate complex business transitions.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
