Marianne is an Analyst in Evergreen’s Location Strategies practice.
A highly skilled analytical researcher, Marianne brings extensive experience in collecting and analyzing large datasets to uncover insights and guide decision-making in academic settings. She excels as a creative problem solver, optimizing programs and identifying opportunities to improve productivity, performance, and compliance. Known for her collaborative communication style, she builds strong relationships across diverse cultures and professional levels. With a solid scientific background and educational expertise, Marianne effectively drives organizational success.
Within her role, Marianne identifies federal, state, county, city, and regional incentives used in negotiations for investment and employment projects in finalist communities. She also calculates impacts to communities and evaluates regional competition using ArcGIS. As a residential real estate investor for over 20 years, she brings her experience in site selection over multiple states and cash-flow analysis to her new role.
Education
Marianne graduated from the University of Delaware, holding a BS in Biological Sciences. She also holds a Ph.D. from Stanford University in Microbiology and Immunology.
