Jack is an Analyst on the Evergreen Location Strategies team.
Jack is committed to equipping clients with critical insights on labor suitability, industry market trends, supply chain and logistics, tax implications, and available business incentives. He works closely with the team to analyze and apply this data, helping clients identify the most strategic locations for their site selection plans.
Prior to joining Evergreen, Jack worked in commercial real estate as a research analyst with Lee & Associates of Columbia. There, he managed databases for industrial and office properties across the greater Baltimore area and supported brokers in using this data to secure favorable lease opportunities for clients. Jack also brings experience from the securitized asset space, having worked as a securities analyst at Computershare and a client administrator at Wilmington Trust. In both roles, he was responsible for verifying financial data and ensuring accurate principal payments to bondholders.
Education
Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Minor in Statistics from the University of Maryland, College Park.

An avid home cook, Jack enjoys experimenting in the kitchen. His culinary pursuits have taught him that there’s no substitute for time and dedication, whether crafting a thoughtful meal or delivering value to clients. The collaboration and care he brings to his cooking are qualities he also brings to his professional work.
