David is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Evergreen Advisors.
With over 30 years of leadership experience, David’s background in investment management includes key roles at T. Rowe Price and 21 years at Legg Mason, where he advanced to Managing Director and Business Head, leading a 72-person team and advising companies nationwide on managing retirement assets.
He spent 12 years at Royce Investment Partners, a Legg Mason subsidiary, as Partner and Head of Sales & Client Service, also serving on the operating committee. David’s career expanded further with leadership roles at Greenspring Advisors and as COO of Quality First Urgent Care, where he also led the sale of a family-owned chemical business and the urgent care practice.
In his current role at Evergreen Advisors, David leverages his wealth of experience to work with clients across all business lines, introducing them to the full spectrum of services the firm offers. His extensive background in investment management, coupled with his proven leadership abilities, positions him uniquely to drive business development and create value for Evergreen’s clients.

David holds the CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) designation, recognizing his expertise in financial planning, taxes, insurance, estate planning, and retirement planning.
Education
David earned a BS in Business Management with a concentration in Finance from Towson University.

Previously, David served on the Towson Athletics Advisory Board. He currently serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Cattail Creek Country Club.
Interests
In his personal time, David enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family, whether it’s watching sporting events, hiking, or attending stand-up comedy performances. He draws valuable lessons from golf that he applies to his professional life, particularly the understanding that each day presents unique challenges and opportunities. By maintaining a positive mindset, he believes one can effectively navigate these challenges and work towards achieving their goals.
