Cynthia is known for her discipline, resourcefulness, and strong commitment to team success.

Cynthia is a graduate of the International Business College in Guam, where she studied Airline and Hotel Management.

Outside the office, Cynthia enjoys staying active through hiking, stand-up paddleboarding, and dragon boating with family and friends. A devoted wine enthusiast, she also loves exploring wine regions across the U.S. and internationally, bringing a worldly and well-rounded outlook to her personal and professional life.
