Evergreen Advisors has signed a 10-year lease with Howard Hughes for 10,932 square feet occupying the entire top floor of 30 Columbia Corporate Center, off Little Patuxent Parkway in Columbia, MD. The Company will relocate its headquarters from Bendix Road, Columbia, MD, approximately four miles away. The Columbia location already serves as a hub for the company, with over 30 employees representing Evergreen’s practice groups including Investment Banking, CFO Advisory, Business Valuation, Consulting, and Location Strategies.
