The company is extremely excited about the new space and all the additional amenities the area has to offer. Evergreen Advisors occupies 10,932 square feet of the entire top floor of 30 Columbia Corporate Center, off Little Patuxent Parkway in Columbia, MD. The 12-story building is one of seven office buildings in Corporate Row.
The new headquarters has much more to offer including open workspaces for employees to work together, small and large conference rooms to hold formal meetings, and collaboration stations to easily work together on projects.

Evergreen Advisors relocated its headquarters only four miles from its Bendix Road, Columbia Maryland location to be a part of the Central District in Downtown Columbia. The headquarters serves as the core for the company with over thirty employees representing Evergreen’s practice groups including Investment Banking, CFO Advisory, Business Valuation, and Location Strategies.
