As part of the transaction, James Webb, ASA and Shawn Moxley, ASA will become employees of Evergreen and Ross Adams, CFA will serve as a consultant. Based in Lutherville, MD, Baker-Meekins has been providing independent, expert opinions of the value of a business or its securities since 1987.
