Steve is President and Head of Evergreen Advisors Capital.
Steve Prichett brings over 25 years of strategic advisory and operational experience across the technology, aerospace, defense, and government services sectors. As President and Head of Evergreen Advisors Capital, he leads middle-market mergers and acquisitions with deep expertise in buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as private and public capital raises. Over the course of his career, Steve has executed deals valued at more than $2.3 billion.
Before joining Evergreen, Steve was a Partner at Vicour Holdings, where he focused on acquiring, managing, and operating middle-market businesses. He previously served as a Principal at Stifel Nicolaus/Legg Mason for eight years, advising IT services firms and federal government contractors on investment banking transactions.
Earlier in his career, Steve worked internationally as an economic development consultant with the International Finance Corporation and the Soros Foundation, with assignments in countries such as Mongolia and Belarus.

Steve holds the Series 79 (Investment Banking Representative), Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent), and Series 24 (General Securities Principal) licenses.
Education
Steve earned his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and holds an MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins’ School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). He received his BA from Drew University, graduating Phi Beta Kappa.
