Defense Industrial Base Cybersecurity Maturity Model (CMMC) Conference

On March 5^th 2020 at DreamPort and Eccalon will host Department of Defense leaders and cyber solution industry experts to provide industry with the latest update on the Cybersecurity Maturity Model (CMMC).

Keynote address by Katie Arrington, Cyber Information Security Officer for the Office of Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (A&S).

Katherine “Katie” Arrington currently is the Chief Information Security Officer for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition. In this position, she serves as the central hub and integrator within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment, OUSD (A&S), to align acquisition cyber strategy.

As the cyber-lead and programmatic analytic advisor for strategic cyber-programs, Arrington is responsible for conducting analysis within the major defense acquisition program portfolio and across the Department of Defense. This cross-functional analysis will ensure transparency within the acquisition strategy, interoperability between enterprise networks and compliance strategies for cyber-initiatives.

The soon to be published agenda will include information and demonstrations on CMMC solutions that have been part of test and evaluation efforts conducted by DreamPort and Eccalon that can assess IT and manufacturer operational technologies (OT) that also are part of all of critical infrastructure systems.
