Gino Pisano is an Analyst in the Evergreen Advisors Business Valuation practice.
Prior to joining Evergreen, Gino served as a Business Valuation Analyst at KatzAbosch, where he performed valuation analyses for privately held businesses and supported clients and auditors on valuation audit engagements. He also held internship positions with Greenspring Advisors and Selective Insurance, gaining experience in financial services and business analysis.
Gino’s valuation experience includes transaction advisory, estate and gift tax planning, financial reporting, 409A valuations, and ASC 805 purchase price allocation analyses. His work involves financial analysis, valuation modeling, industry research, and report preparation, helping clients make informed business and financial decisions. He has experience serving clients across a range of industries, including professional services, government contracting, construction, and manufacturing.
Education
Gino earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Delaware.
Interests
Outside of work, Gino is a dedicated Baltimore Ravens fan and lifelong lacrosse enthusiast. A former Division I varsity lacrosse player at the University of Delaware, he continues to stay involved in the sport by coaching youth athletes through Gunpowder Lacrosse Club. His experience as both a player and coach has reinforced the value of teamwork, discipline, and leadership, qualities he brings to his work with clients and colleagues. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends and supporting the local sports community.
