About Justin Horsman
Justin Horsman is a Managing Director at Evergreen Advisors Capital, where he advises middle-market companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic growth initiatives across government contracting, cybersecurity, technology, and industrial sectors.
He has advised on more than 30 completed transactions, including six closings in 2025 alone, spanning sell-side and buy-side M&A, capital raises, and strategic advisory engagements. Known for guiding complex transactions from origination through close, Justin plays a central role in aligning stakeholders, managing sophisticated buyers, and helping founders navigate high-stakes strategic decisions.
Prior to his investment banking career, Justin built a strong foundation in valuation through roles at Evergreen Advisors and T. Rowe Price. He holds the CFA designation, is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), and maintains Series 7, 79, 63, and 6 FINRA licenses.
