Evergreen Advisors Capital, a middle-market investment bank, announced today that it advised ASTIC Signals Defenses, LLC (“Signals Defense”), a Maryland-based shielding solutions company serving high security government and commercial customers, on its sale to Lockmasters, Inc., a portfolio company of Dominus Capital, L.P.
