DESCRIPTION:Meet and network with our region’s most influential women leaders at our Annual Mentoring Monday event. \n\n\n\nJoin this uplifting community of women empowering other women in programs held in 40 cities across the country from Albany to Honolulu. \n\n\n\nMentoring Monday is a speed networking event designed to be a catalyst for meaningful introductions and engaging conversations with businesswomen representing a variety of industries from all over our region. The event will offer the opportunity for mentees to choose to engage with over 30 mentors who are the most influential women in the business community for one-on-one and group coaching sessions. We expect every attendee to have the opportunity to meet between one and seven mentors. The quick turnaround is organized chaos which will be fast\, fun and fulfilling as everyone gets the chance to meet new people and gain new insights. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Event Details\n\n\n\nDate: Monday\, February 24\, 2025 \n\n\n\nTime: 4:00-6:30 pm Eastern Time \n\n\n\nLocation: Towson University Union Ballrooms located in the University Union Building; parking will be provided in specific university lots for attendees.  \n\n\n\nAgenda: \n\n\n\n\n4:00-4:30 pm: Check-in and Networking\n\n\n\n4:30-4:45 pm: Welcome and Keynote Address\n\n\n\n4:45-5:45 pm: Mentoring Sessions\n\n\n\n5:45-6:30 pm: Post-mentoring happy hour\n\n\n\n6:30 pm: Event Concludes\n\n\n\n\nAttire: Business \n\n\n\nTickets: See ‘Get Tickets’ for available ticket options. Each mentee will stand in front of the mentor of their choice\, and when the gong sounds\, mentees move to the next mentor of their choice. At the conclusion of the event\, we’ll have a happy hour with light fare and drinks (alcoholic and alcoholic options available).  \n\n\n\nSpeakers: We look forward to welcoming Anna Papalia\, CEO of Interviewology\, as our national virtual kick-off speaker to start the event. For more information on Anna and her work\, see below or visit our national landing page.  \n\n\n\nMentors: Each mentor is hand-selected by BBJ from a range of industries. They are founders\, CEOs\, innovators\, and board members. They volunteer their time to help mentees and they have a lot to share! See below for 2025 mentors.  \n\n\n\nMentees: Mentorship is a proven way to increase your career success. This event is for you if you are looking to learn from an experienced group and network with your peers.
