Eric Parekh is a Director in the Investment Banking Practice of Evergreen Advisors Capital. Eric has an extensive background in middle-market investment banking, which has involved the successful completion of numerous buy-side, sell-side, and capital raise transactions. Eric has advised a variety of privately held and publicly traded companies in industries including business services, government contracting, healthcare, and technology.
In addition to his advisory experience, Eric has worked in a principal capacity on the corporate development team of a private equity backed portfolio company to execute an industry consolidation strategy. This experience gives Eric a unique lens into transaction dynamics from the perspective of buyers and sellers.
Eric works closely with clients across various stages of their life cycles, helping to execute growth strategies through M&A activities or by achieving liquidity events from financial partners or strategic acquirers. Eric strives to add value to each relationship by providing clients with creative solutions to help them strategically navigate the complexities of a transaction.
Eric has an MBA from the Sellinger School of Business at Loyola University of Maryland, an MTS from UGST in St. Louis, Missouri, and a BS in Economics from Texas A&M University.

Eric holds his Uniform Combined State Law Series 66 and his Series 79 Investment Banking Representative Licenses.
