Brian Trotter has been a leader within the public and private construction and real estate development arena for the past 15 years. His expertise includes real estate acquisitions, construction management, contract negotiations, scheduling, estimating, 3d visualization, BIM, scaling operations and technology integration. He has overseen projects within the retail, hospitality, office, industrial, wastewater, infrastructure, in both municipal and public sectors, and across all types of contracts including design-build and design-build-own-operate.
Prior to joining the Evergreen team, Brian worked as Director of Construction where he was responsible for identifying, acquiring, and developing franchise restaurants throughout the Midwest and Southeast regions of the US. In this role, he also developed the collaboration and scheduling software that streamlined the process and set the benchmark for integrating stakeholders, real estate brokers, design team, vendors, general contractors, and operations.
Brian has truly worked up through the ranks having been a laborer and manager for subcontractors, estimator, project manager, senior project manager, business development for multiple general contractors, and as an independent consultant acting as owner's representative for commercial real estate and residential development.
Bachelor in Informational Technology from the American Intercontinental University
Brian loves spending his spare time helping family and friends on remodeling and addition projects. His stubborn desire to create efficiency with an eye towards quality, scalability, and clarity also shows up in his client relationships.
