He has a wide range of industry experience which includes manufacturing, business services, medical technology, advanced materials, logistics, e-commerce, software, and SAAS-based solutions. He has more than thirty years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, and securities valuation activities. His experience includes advising clients in formulating strategic plans, mergers, and acquisitions, recapitalization, raising capital, and valuing closely-held businesses and non-marketable securities.
Client engagements which start with valuation-based planning or strategic advisory services but over time include acquisitions, growth financing(s), recapitalization(s), and the eventual sale of the business.

I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of fields and serve as a strategic or financial advisor to several large (or multi-national) privately-held companies and their families.

I have enjoyed meeting and working with intelligent, highly successful individuals in a variety of fields and have maintained many of these relationships for decades.
