Baltimore Boy Scouts of America Good Scout Breakfast

The 2016 Howard County Good Scout Breakfast will be held at Turf Valley Resort on November 4th. This year the Good Scout Honoree is Mr. Allan H. Kittleman, County Executive of Howard County. This award recognizes outstanding contributions to improve the quality of life in Howard County while exemplifying the precepts found in the Scout Oath and Law.
This year marks the 25th Anniversary of the Howard County Good Scout Award.
