Michael is an Analyst in the Investment Banking practice of Evergreen Advisors Capital, where he assists on mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and corporate advisory engagements.
Michael began his career as a summer analyst with Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in Boston, MA before transitioning to work for FI Consulting, a boutique management consultancy, in Washington, DC. As an analyst with FI Consulting, Michael performed a variety of complex engagements where he advised clients on financial modeling and strategy challenges.
Michael earned a BBA in Finance with a minor in Computer Information Systems from the College of Business at James Madison University.

He holds the Series 79 Investment Banking Representative, and Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent licenses.
Outside of Evergreen, Michael is the Co-Program Director of the DC Chapter of Minds Matter, Inc., a non-profit organization whose mission is to transform the lives of accomplished high school students from low-income families by preparing them for college success.
Michael is originally from the Boston area and is an avid Boston sports fan. Michael grew up loving New England seafood, enough to even order lobster at Thanksgiving when he was 9. Unfortunately this love affair was not meant to be, as he became allergic to shellfish by the time he turned 20 years old.
