Michael is an Analyst in the Investment Banking practice of Evergreen Advisors Capital, where he assists on mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and corporate advisory engagements.
Prior to Evergreen Advisors, Michael worked as an Investment Banking Analyst for Mufson Howe Hunter & Co. in Philadelphia. Here he supported senior bankers in M&A advisory engagements by organizing sell-side marketing efforts, performing valuation analyses and conducting market research. Michael also supported business development efforts and marketing initiatives. Michael began his career working for the Law Firm of Powers Kirn, LLC in Moorestown, New Jersey. As a legal Assistant, Michael worked in the bankruptcy department where he specialized in real estate and mortgage banking.
Michael graduated from Rowan College at Burlington County with an Associates of Arts in Law & Justice. He then went to The George Washington University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
Michael knows every minute detail of George R. R. Martin’s “A Song of Ice and Fire” novel series. He has read every novel, short story and novella front to back more times than he cares to admit. His dedication and attention to detail not only make him a valuable investment banking analyst, but have allowed him to memorize the histories, lore and all 2,302 characters of all seven kingdoms.
