Evergreen Advisors served as Financial Advisor to Houston Associates of Arlington, Virginia, in acquiring Strategic Solutions Group, formerly a publicly traded company located in Annapolis, Maryland. With the transaction, Strategic Solutions Group became a division of privately held Houston Associates, a systems engineering firm. Strategic Solutions’ former President, Ernie Wagner, is now Vice President of Business Development for the Houston Associates subsidiary.
