Evergreen Advisors served as Financial Advisor to e.magination of Baltimore in selling a majority interest in the Company to Roche Capital, LLC. Daniel J. Roche, Chairman of Roche Capital, assumed the roles of Chairman and CEO of e.magination. Brian S. Ocheltree remains as President and Syd Rubin remains as a Director.

Daniel Roche currently serves as the Venable Entrepreneur in Residence and is on the Board of Advisors for the UMBC Technology Center. He is also a founding and active member of the Baltimore Venture Mentors. Mr. Roche was the President and COO of Condor Technology Solutions (NASD:CNDR).
