Founded by senior management in 1989, the Company typically constructs facilities in the Mid-Atlantic region. The Company’s contracts are obtained through either a bid or negotiated basis.

The Company is a general contracting firm focused on all types of construction projects ranging in type from high-end specialized ground up construction for major retailers to strip center construction and major mall renovations. The Company has developed a reputation for outstanding service of large facilities centered on high visibility retail usage. Many of this firm’s projects involve repeat business from large retail customers with regional and national presence. Few of the Company’s projects require bonding.

A strong management has exhibited excellent ability to achieve significant revenue growth and to control costs with low overhead and strong subcontractor relationships. The Company’s customers include developers and large, national retail chains, many of whom have long-standing relationships with the Company. Opportunities for new ownership will be to expand the Company’s client base, diversify into non-retail segments, and geographically expand its business.
