OVERVIEW
Formed in 1998, the Company is the largest “System Supplier” of ground based fueling systems for aircraft. The Company partners with general contractors to provide these systems and controls to the U.S. military, foreign governments as well as the commercial sector. The Company is responsible for the start-up of the entire system and insures that there is proper installation of mechanical equipment and controls. Although the Company is not involved in the actual installation of the fuel system, field service employees oversee the on-site installation from start up through commissioning.
SUMMARY OF OPERATIONS
In its capacity as System Supplier, the Company provides mechanical and electrical components that include instrumentation, computer based operation technology, pumps, filters, monitors, valves, meters, pantographs (fixed site fueling stations) and skid mounted packages. The Company operates as a limited liability company from a single location in the Mid-Atlantic region. Management includes one of the owners who is active in the business and plans to remain so under new ownership.
The overall addressable market, excluding the commercial sector and other product and service opportunities, is in excess of $100 million per year. Growth opportunities include expansion into repairs & maintenance services, retrofit and construction management, as well as growth of training and education of customer personnel.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY
The balance sheet is highly liquid, and the Company has no long-term debt. Revenue over the past four years has more than doubled, growing to $19 million in 2010. The Company’s growth has been achieved without any dedicated sales or marketing resources. Based upon year to date results and the current project backlog, the Company will exceed 2010 operating results.
