Ron is a Vice President in Evergreen’s CFO Advisory Practice where he brings more than 20 years of solid top and bottom line results in building and growing businesses into market leaders. He has an established track record of restructuring and turning around underperforming businesses into high growth revenue enterprises. Additionally, Ron has advised entrepreneurs and secured growth capital for companies in the U.S and abroad.
Prior to joining Evergreen Ron was the CEO of NCSRT (SmartFlow Technologies) a private equity backed filtration and separation company focused in the biopharmaceutical, non-regulated, biofuel and dairy markets. He was CFO of A&T Systems, a privately owned government contracting company providing information technology, telecommunications, professional services and healthcare solutions to federal and state agencies. Earlier, Ron’s entrepreneurial, hands-on style successfully transformed Filterite and Fluid Dynamics from a slow-growth/low profit, second tier worldwide business into a high-growth/high profit, market-driven company while transitioning through four ownership changes.
Ron is a graduate of Loyola University in Maryland with a Master’s in Business Administration and a B.S. in Accounting from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh PA.
