Donni is a Vice President of Evergreen Advisors. He manages the Valuation Practice Group and provides analytical support on mergers and acquisitions assignments.
Donni provides business valuation expertise for a wide array of industries and applications, which include transaction support, strategic planning, corporate finance, financial reporting, and gift, estate, and income tax purposes. Donni holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park. He is an Accredited Valuation Analyst by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and is currently a Level 2 candidate pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He serves on the Advisory Board of the TowsonGlobal Business Incubator and is a member of the Greater Baltimore Technology Council Executive Roundtable.
